摘　　要：目的:观察双层巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石肌锥内植入术的临床效果和并发症的情况。方法:对56例56眼进行羟基磷灰石义眼台双层巩膜覆盖肌锥内植入术,术后随访6～24mo。结果:所有56例均无结膜裂开、义眼台感染或义眼台暴露,安装义眼片后,义眼活动良好,仿真效果满意。结论:双层巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台肌锥内植入术对眼外肌及眶脂肪的损伤较轻,并发症少、恢复快,是比较理想的手术方法。AIM：To observe the clinical effect and the complications of autologous double-sclera covered hydroxylapatite implantation in the muscle cone. METHODS. Fifty-six subjects （56 eyes） underwent double-sclera covered hydroxylapatite implantation in the muscle cone, and then were followed up for 6 to 24 months.RESULTS, Fifty-six subjects （56 eyes）didn＇t have conjunctiva split, infection or exposure of orbital hydroxyapatite implants. After the installation of prosthetic eye, eye activity was good and the simulation effect was satisfactory.CONCLUSION： Autologous double-sclera covered hydroxyapatite implantation in the muscle cone has light damage to extraocular muscle and orbital fat, few complications and fast recovery, and seems to be an ideal surgical method.
