摘　　要：Castleman＇s disease （CD）, also known as angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia, giant lymph node hyperplasia, and angiomatous lymphoid hyperplasia, was first described by Castleman in 1954.1 It is an uncommon disorder characterized by benign proliferation of lymphoid tissue.
