THP为主的联合方案治疗原发性支气管肺癌252例的临床观察

摘　　要：本文报道以THP为主的联合方案治疗原发支气管性肺癌252例。鳞癌用CTP方案，CR＋PR56.58％，腺癌用FTM方案，CR＋PR50．0％，小细胞癌用CTO方案，CR＋PR68．29％，各型有效率与通常报道相似。全组病例毒副作用较轻，脱发和心电图变化的发生率与程度较文献报道都低。THP是蒽环类理想的抗癌药物之一。This paper is reported the primary bronchogenic lung cancer 252 cases is treated by the THP of principal combination regimes. The squamous cell cancer is used by CTP regimes, CR+PR 56. 58%, adenose cell cancer is used by FTM regimes, CR+PR 50.0% and small cell cancer is used by CTO regimes, CR+PR68. 29 %. The response rate of various type was similarity for common reports. The appearance rate and degree of alopecia and the changes of ECG were lower than the reported literatures. THP is one of ideal ant-cancer drug in anthracylcines.
