摘　　要：目的通过收集肿瘤患者的血液标本,为寻找肿瘤相关信息,合理利用肿瘤标本资源,为临床和肿瘤防治研究提供研究平台。方法收集手术前后肿瘤患者的血液标本,分离血清、血浆和淋巴细胞,-80℃低温冷冻保存。所有标本及其相关临床资料信息均录入数据库,可随时查询。结果已收集了各类肿瘤患者(包括食管、鼻咽、肺、胃、肝、乳腺、肠、子宫和卵巢癌等)术前血清共726份,术后血清295份。术前血浆655份,术后血浆266份。术前淋巴细胞670份,术后淋巴细胞280份。对所收集标本的流行病学及临床资料信息录入计算机归档管理。结论初步建立了具有一定数量的肿瘤血清标本库,为今后相关的肿瘤研究提供了服务平台。Objective To establish the bank of serum specimen that are collected from cancer patients ,for fully utilizing the resources to study tumor. Methods Blood samples were collected from cancer patients treated in Guangxi Tumor Hospital before and after surgical operation. Specimens of serum, plasma and lymphoeytes were separated then. The specimens were deal with liquid nitrogen for 30 minutes and then stored at - 80℃. All the specimen-related information was entered into the database which can be inquired at anytime. Results From patients with cancer in esophagus, nasopharynx, lung, stomach, liver, breast, intestine, uterus,ovary and ere,1021 portions of serum,921 portions of plasma and 950 portions of lymphocyte were collected,before and after operation. Conclusions A cancer serum specimen bank and its managements have been established initially, which can provide a service platform for cancer research in the future.
