失代偿肝硬化病人应用英脱利匹特的安全性分析

摘　　要：通过对血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能及电解质的检查,回顾分析30例失代偿肝硬化患者应用英脱利匹特作为热源及脂溶性维生素来源的安全性。结果表明,英脱利匹特不影响失代偿肝硬化患者的血红蛋白、白细胞,对肾功能没有影响。同时从ALT和胆红质降低的结果来看,似还显示有一定的治疗作用。The analysis of the safety of Intralipid,as the supplement of energy and liposoluble vitamins, was evaluated retrospectively in 30 decompensated hepatocirrhotic patients by laboratory examinations. The results indicated that Intralipid had no harmful effect on hemoglobin, leucocyte and renal function. At the same time,it may have therapeutic effect on the decrease of alanine transaminase and bilirubin levels.
