云南元阳县哈尼族精神分裂症的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的调查元阳县哈尼族精神分裂症的患病率及其发病特点和治疗率.方法对9个哈尼族村民委员会15369人采取线索与逐户调查相结合的方法,以国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)为诊断标准,收集其人口学和病史资料.结果共查出精神分裂症患者39例,终生患病率2.54‰,治疗率10.26%,时点患病人数33例,时点患病率2.14‰.结论哈尼族精神分裂症发病率2.54‰,治疗率10.26%,均低于全国水平,加强政府支持力度和精神卫生知识的普及有助于提高治疗率.Objective To investigate the morbidity,characteristics and curative rate of schizophrenia in Hani people in Yuanyang.Methods 15 369 people at 9 Hani villagers committees were investigated by the method of door-to-door inquiry under the help of clues,and we collected the data of larithmics and medical history using the 10th edition of International Classification of Disease（ICD-10） criteria for schizophrenia as diagnostic standard.Results 39 schizophrenia patients were found in total,and the lifetime prevalence rate was 2.54‰.The curative rat was 10.26% 33 persons fell ill,the time point prevalence rate was 2.14‰.Conclusion The incidence of schizophrenia is 2.54%,that is lower than nationwide level.The curative rate is very low（10.26%）.It is necessary to reinforce the government support and the propaganda of mental health knowledge.
