滇重楼对口腔病原菌生长影响的体外实验研究

摘　　要：目的测定滇重楼对口腔临床常见病原菌生长的影响,从而初步确定其在口腔临床的药用价值.方法采用美国国立实验室标准化委员会推荐的厌氧菌药物敏感试验—琼脂稀释法,测定滇重楼对21株口腔临床常见病原菌模式株、临床分离株的体外抗菌活性,用最小抑菌浓度(MIC)表示.结果滇重楼对10株致龋菌和11株牙髓根尖周炎、牙周病的常见病原菌的MIC值均为20mg/mL.结论滇重楼对实验细菌的生长均有抑制作用,对口腔细菌性疾病的临床治疗具有潜在的药用价值.Objective To determine the effect of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis on the growth of common oral pathogens in vitro,and to discuss primarily the medicinal value of this herbs.Methods Agar dilution method,the antimicrobial susceptibility testing of anaerobes which was recommended by National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standard（NCCLs）,was used to determine the antimicrobial activity of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis on 21 kinds of oral model strains and clinical isolates.The results were expressed by Minimum inhibitory concentration（MIC）.Result Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis was effective to all the oral pathogens,the MIC were all 20 mg/mL.Conclusions Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis can inhibit the growth of common oral pathogens in vitro.It shows that Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis can be used in the treatment or prevention of oral bacterial diseases.
