肾透明细胞癌组织中MAP1-LC3的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究肾透明细胞癌组织中微血管相关蛋白1轻链3(MAP1-LC3)的表达,探讨其与肾癌生物学行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测45例肾透明细胞癌及10例正常肾组织中MAP1-LC3的表达情况。结果:45例肾透明细胞癌组织中,37例MAP1-LC3表达阳性(82.2%),与正常肾组织(40.0%)比较,其表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MAP1-LC3在肾癌组织中表达增强,这种高表达可能与肾癌的发生发展有关。Objective：To study the expression and clinical significance of MAP1 LC3 in normal nephridial tissue and renal clear cell carcinoma（RCCC）, and to evaluate the relationship between MAP1-LC3 and the progression of RCCC. Methods： The expression of MAP1-LC3 was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 45 RCCC and 10 normal nephridial tissue. Results： In 45 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma, the positive rate of MAP1-LC3 expression in RCCC （82.2% ） was significantly stronger than that in normal nephridial tissue （40.0% ） （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions： Expression of MAP1-LC3 was increased in RCCC. The high expression of MAP1-LC3 may play an important role in the development and metastasis of RCCC.
