商陆总皂甙杀灭钉螺的实验研究

摘　　要：从商陆科植物商陆Phytolacca acinosa根中提取总皂甙,用其杀灭钉螺。研究表明,杀灭钉螺最佳条件为:温度控制在28℃,投药浓度为125mg/L,接触24h后杀灭钉螺效率为95.6％。The total saponins got from the roots of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb were examined about the effect of Oncomelania-killing. The results showed the efficiency was 95.6% controlled the temperature at 28℃ and concentration of drugs at 125mg/L after soaking for 24h.
