摘　　要：高校财务公开是高校财务管理工作的重要内容,也是高校校务公开的重要组成部分。在信息化高速发展的时代,原有的财务信息公开方式、方法已不能适应网络化、信息化时代对财务管理工作的新要求。鉴于此,该文在分析了传统形势下财务信息公开的不足之处的同时,指出网络环境下财务信息公开的比较优势,进而提出在网络环境下推行财务信息公开的几点建议。The universities＇ full disclosure is an important content of the universities＇ financial management,is also the important component of public administrative affairs.Now the original financial information management did not meet new request of financial management under the network environment.In view of this,this article analyzed the deficiency on the traditional full disclosure,pointed out the superiority of full disclosure under the network environment,and proposed several suggestions.
