市民体质健康主、客观评价的一致性与健康行为管理

摘　　要：应用体质健康标准对1271名市民进行体质测定,应用PSPP量表对受试者进行身体状况自评,探讨客观的体质测试综合评分与市民对自我身体状况的主观认知的一致性,以及市民身体健康评价主、客观差异与自我健康行为管理的差异。The physical standard is applied to test 1271 citizens and the PSPP is used for self evaluation of physical health. The paper discusses the consistency or inconsistency between the test results and the self recognition, the differences between the subjective and objective evaluation results and the diffenences between self health behavior management.
