摘　　要：知识经济时代,创新成为社会发展主旋律。面对前所未有的挑战,必须培养大批具有创新意识、创新精神和实践能力的创新型人才。诠释了农林院校创新型人才培养模式内涵及建构原则,探析了目前农林院校创新型人才培养中存在的主要问题及模式建构之路径选择,对指导农林院校创新型人才的培养具有重要理论意义和实践价值。The era of knowledge economy, the innovation becomes the main melody of social development. Facing the unprecedented challenges, it is necessary to cultivate the innovative talent in large numbers with innovative consciousness, innovative spirit and practical ability. This article Interpret the connotation and construction principle for the cultivation mode on innovative talent for the agriculture and forestry high school, discuss main problems existed in the present cultivation of innovative talent and the path choice of mode construction in the agriculture and forestry high school, it will have the important theory significance and the practice value for the agriculture and forestry high school to cultivate innovative talent.
