摘 要:探讨了不同平滑度的新闻纸、胶版纸、铜版纸和单面涂布白纸板的油墨转移规律。近似法拟合分析表明,不同纸张达到油墨转移率峰值时的供墨量各异,其中铜版纸E、400 g/m2单面涂布白纸板F、300 g/m2单面涂布白纸板H及450 g/m2单面涂布白纸板G分别在供墨量2.38、2.98、3.04及4.39 g/m2时达到油墨转移率峰值;胶版纸D、新闻纸A、C、B分别在供墨量8.51、7.03、9.16及10.78 g/m2时达到油墨转移率峰值。实验发现,新闻纸和胶版纸在反射光密度约1.5时达到油墨转移率峰值,而铜版纸和单面涂布白纸板则在反射光密度约2.0时达到油墨转移率峰值。This paper mainly discusses the regularity of ink transfer of colour offset newsprint, art paper and one-side coated board with different smoothness. Approximate fitting results of the analysis show that the ink transfer properties of eight kinds of paper have a certain regularity, ink transfer rate increases first and then declines. Further analysis indicates that these are different amounts of applied ink for the peak of ink transfer rate for different papers, for example, the amounts of 2. 38, 2. 98, 3.04 and4. 39 g/m^2 of applied ink for coated paper E, 400 g/m^2 coated board F and 300 g/m^2 coated paper H, 450 g/m^2 coated paper G respectively are found; Similarly 8. 51,7.03, 9. 16 and 10.78 g/m^2 of applied ink amount are found for offset paper D, newsprint A, B, C. Based on the results, we can find out the best ink transfer rate and determine the amount of the applied ink, which is useful to optimize the ink transfer rate in the printing practice.
