摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定保健食品中5种违禁性功能药物成分的方法。采Agilent C18(4.6×250mm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-0.02%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,用紫外二极管阵列检测器检测,柱温30℃。5种违禁性功能药物成分在0.4-80μg/mL浓度范围内工作曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9996-0.9999,回收率为88.5%-96.5%,相对标准偏差为1.47%-2.46%(n=6)。该方法样品处理简便,结果准确可靠,重复性好,灵敏度高。A practical method of RP-HPLC was established for the simultane determination of five kinds of contraband medicine component to enhance sexual function in health food.The five components could be separated completely based on a Agilent C18 column 4.6×250mm,using acetonitrile-0.02%phosphoric acid,with gradient elution as the mobile phase at flow rate 1.0 mL/min,Photodiode array detector was used,the column temperature was 30℃.The linear range of the calibration curve of five components was 0.4-80.0μg/mL.The correlation coefficient was 0.9996-0.9999.The recovery rate of the method was 88.5%to 96.5%.The relative standard deviation was 1.47%-2.46%（n=6）.The analytical method in the present study was well validated and good results were obtained with respect to precision,repeatability and spiked recovery.
