摘　　要：高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术是以高效液相色谱为分离手段,以质谱为鉴定工具的一种分离分析技术。本文介绍了高效液相色谱-质谱联用仪的基本原理和进展,及其在食品安全检测中的应用。The high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was a separation and analysis technology, which was based on high-performance liquid chromatography as separation method and the mass spectrometry as an identification tool. The basic principle and progress of the high-performance liquid chromatographymass spectrometry, as well as the applications in health food was introduced.
