摘　　要：对《中国学术期刊网络出版总库》收录的1994～2009年我国有关医学信息学的438篇研究论文,从年代、期刊、作者、机构、作者地区、关键词、引文期刊分布几方面进行统计分析,就当前我国医学信息学研究现状进行总结,指出存在的问题及建议。The paper chooses 438 research papers on medical informatics published from 1994 to 2009 in China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database, carries out bibliometric analysis from the distribution of publishing year, journal, author, institute, region of the authors, keywords and citation journal, sums up the current situation of medical informatics research in China and points out the existing problems and reasonable advices.
