摘　　要：高校大学生就业指导机构的工作开展程度是大学生就业过程中一个不容忽视的重要因素。健全大学生就业指导服务机构体系,加强高校就业指导机构师资队伍建设,加强院(系)就业指导机构工作开展,加强就业指导机构网站建设,加强大学生职业测评、职前教育等几个方面有助于毕业生及时获取就业信息,接受就业指导,提高就业能力,实现顺利就业,有利于提升高校就业工作的水平。The work situation of employment guidance organ is an important factor that does not allow being neglected in the process of student employment. We should consummate the organization system of employment service, strengthen teacher troop＇ s construction of the employment instruction organization, reinforce the employment instruction work of schools and departments, intensify the website construction of the employment instruction organization, and enhance undergraduates＇ occupation measures and education before the job. They are helpful for the undergraduates to obtain employment information in time, accept the employment instruction, advance the employment ability, and carry out employment smoothly. They are also helpful to upgrade the level of the employment instruction work.
