摘  要:目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者脑结构相位偏移值的变化。方法对30例PD患者应用1.5TMR系统进行头部检查,采用磁敏感成像(SWI)获得相位图,测量双侧额叶白质和灰质、脑脊液、壳核、尾状核、红核及黑质致密带和网状带所画感兴趣区的相位偏移值,并与正常对照组(30名)进行比较。结果与正常对照组比较,PD组黑质致密带、双侧尾状核、红核的相位偏移值明显减低(均P<0.05)。结论PD患者脑内黑质致密带、双侧尾状核、红核部位铁沉积增加,SWI对评估PD患者脑病变部位有一定的帮助。Objective To explore the change of brain structure phase radians in patients with Parkinson disease (PD). Methods The skull MR scane were applied in 30 PD patients by 1.5T MR. The susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) sequence was used to collect phase data. The phase radians of the interested regions were evaluated including the frontal white matter and grey matter, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), caudate nucleus, putamen, red nucleus, substantia nigra pars compacta and reticulata, and then the results were compared with 30 normal controls. Results Compared with normal control group, the phase radians of the substantia nigra pars compacta, caudate nucleus, red nucleus in PD patients were significantly lower ( all P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The brain iron deposition in PD patients might increase in substantia nigra pars compacta, caudate nucleus and red nucleus. SWI is helpful to evaluation the position of brain lesions in PD patient.
