摘　　要：基于人力资源开发与管理理论,通过文献收集、现场调研、问卷调查、数理统计与对比分析等科研方法,在深入讨论湖南省部分高校体育教育人力资源开发与管理现状的基础上,剖析湖南省高校体育教育人力资源管理、开发和利用效率中存在的主要问题。以提高高校体育教育人力资源的深度和广度为主要目标,研究科学配置与合理开发湖南省高校体育教育人力资源的可行性及主要途径。By means of the human resouces of development and management theory,adopted the methods of literature review, investigation, questionnaire, mathematical statistic and comparative analysis, this article analyzes the current development situation of Hunan＇ s some Universities sports education human resources ,exposes many existing problems in sports education human resources management,developmen and utilization efficiency. Base on the chief goals of improving depth and width, discussed the ways and measures of scientific deploy and development sports education htanan resources in Hunan＇ s University.
