胶质瘤bcl-2的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的测定bcl-2在胶质瘤的表达水平,探讨其在人胶质瘤中的作用。方法用免疫组化法测定在61例不同级别星形细胞瘤以及10例正常脑组织和瘤旁组织中的bcl-2蛋白表达。结果61例胶质瘤中,47例(77.05%)bcl-2蛋白表达,I、II级组低于III级组,IV级组最高;bcl-2蛋白表达与肿瘤恶性程度成正相关(R=0.552,P<0.01)。正常脑组织中,bcl-2蛋白在小脑及大脑皮质颗粒细胞层有表达。结论bcl-2蛋白表达与肿瘤恶性程度成正相关。Objective To detect bcl-2 expression level in astrocytomas and to explore their roles in human gliomas with histologic maligmancy.And to explore the cell proliferation,apoptosis and their relationship.Methods Expressions of bcl-2 were examined in normal brain tissues,adjacent tissues of gliomas and 61 human astrocytomas with different malignant grades by immunohistochemistry.Results Out of the 61 gliomas,47 （77.05%） expressed bcl-2 protein.The expression levels of bcl-2 protein were higher in grade IV than that in grade III gliomas,and the expression was lower in grade I and II gliomas （P0.05）.The expression levels of bcl-2 protein were correlated positively with histological malignancy （R=0.552 P0.01）.bcl-2 protein was observed from granular layer in cerebral and cerebella cortex in normal brain tissue.Conclusion The expression levels of Bcl-2 protein were correlated positively with histological malignancy.
