摘　　要：目的探讨肌强直疾病患者的临床及神经电生理特点。方法对28例肌强直疾病患者均进行常规针电极肌电图(EMG)神经传导速度(NCV)、F波的检查。结果28例肌强直疾病患者均有肌强直放电,NCV及F波检查未见异常。结论神经电生理检查可对肌强直疾病诊断和分类提供客观依据。Objective To explore the application and electrophysiological features in patients with myotonic syndrome.Methods Twenty-eight patients with myotonic syndrome were examined by conventional electromyography （EMG） and never conduction and F wave.Results twenty-eight patients with myotonic syndrome were discharge and never conduction and F wave were right.Conclusion EMG is help for detecting myotonic syndrome and shows important clinical value.
