摘　　要：根据济钢工程建设项目设备采购管理的要求,通过对生产准备、设备制造、设备交货3个阶段交货期的严格管理,加强设备采购质量事前、事中和事后的全过程控制,促进了设备采购管理水平的持续提高,达到了加快工程项目建设的目的,确保项目按期投产达效。According to purchasing management requirements of the equipment for Jinan Steel＇ s major project, through the strict management for three stages, that is, the production preparation, the equipment manufacturing and the equipment delivery, and strengthening the entire process control of quantity in advance, during and afterwards, the management level of equipment purchasing was improved continually, reaching the aims to speed up construction projects and ensuring the project put into production on schedule over effect.
