脑膜瘤中iNOS的表达与意义

摘  要:目的:探讨诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)在脑膜瘤中的表达和临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC方法检测47例脑膜瘤和10例正常脑膜组织中诱导型一氧化氮合成酶的表达并分析其相关性。结果:①正常脑膜中无iNOS,明显低于肿瘤组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②脑膜瘤组织中,iNOS阳性表达率为68.09%;iNOS的表达与患者的年龄、性别和肿瘤部位、大小、形状无关(P>0.05),各级脑膜瘤组织均有iNOS蛋白阳性表达,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中分别随病理分级和瘤周水肿分级升高逐渐增高,不同级别脑膜瘤各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑膜瘤组织中iNOS的表达与脑膜瘤血管生成和临床病理密切相关,iNOS可作为预测脑膜瘤生物学行为的一项重要指标。Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iN- OS) in meningiomas. Methods: Forty-seven meningioma tissue and ten human common dura were examined for iNOS expression by immunohistochemical method. Results: (1) The difference of iNOS in meningioma tissues and human common dura was significant (P〈0.05). (2)The positive expression rate of iNOS was 68.09% in meningioma tissues;iNOS expression was not related with the patients' age, sex and the size, location, sign of tumors (P〉0.05)o The expression of iNOS in the grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ . Ⅲ meningmioma gradually increased with the rise of pathological grade and peritumoral brain edema grade of meningioma; and the difference of iNOS in every two groups was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The expression of iNOS in meningiomas is significantly correlated to tumors' angiogenesis and clinicopathology,and it can be taken as an useful marker for predicting the biological behavior of meningioma.
