摘　　要：目的:探讨葡萄糖转运蛋白3(glucose trans porterproteins,GLUT3)在胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法:用免疫组化Envision法检测80例胶质瘤GLUT3的表达。结果:①在胶质瘤中,GLUT3在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的阳性率分别为35%,60%,80%,100%,在对照组中无表达,各组间有显著差异(χ2=37.19,P<0.01);②各级胶质瘤,表达强度随胶质瘤病理级别增加而增加(r=0.6906,P<0.0001);③GLUT3表达分别与患者年龄(χ2=1.05,P>0.05)、性别(χ2=0.15,P>0.05)、肿瘤大小(χ2=0.30,P>0.05)、部位无关(χ2=0.74,P>0.05)。结论:GLUT3在胶质瘤中的表达强度分别与肿瘤的病理级别呈正相关,可以作为判断胶质瘤生物学行为、预测病人预后的重要指标。Objective： To study the expression and clinical significance of GLUT3 （glucose transporter protein3） in glioma. Methods： 80 glioma tissues were examined for GLUT3 expression by immunohistochemical method（Envision）. Results：The positive expression rates of GLUT3 in grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ, grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ gliomas were 35%,60%, 80%,and 100%respectiyely,and there was no expression of GLUT3 in control group; the difference in every two groups was significant （x^2=37.19, P〈0.01）. The positive expression rate of GLUT3 gradually increased with the rise of pathological grade of glioma （r=0.6906, P〈0.0001）. The expression of GLUT3 in gliomas was not related with the patients＇ age （x^2=1.05, P〉0.05）, sex （x^2=0.15, P〉0.05）, size （x^2=0.30, P〉0.05） and location （x^2=0.74, P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The expression level of GLUT3 was correlated positively with tumor＇s pathology grade; it can be taken as an useful marker for predicting the biological behavior and the prognosis of glioma.
