摘　　要：目的:探讨三维CT血管造影(3D-CTA)重建技术在脑膜瘤术前评估中的应用价值。方法:收集42例术前诊断脑膜瘤并经手术和病理证实的患者,术前常规行头颅3D-CTA检查,了解脑膜瘤的血供,肿瘤与周围大血管、静脉窦的关系,以及肿瘤对颅骨的侵犯情况。结果:术前3D-CTA检查能清楚的显示肿瘤的血供,肿瘤与周围大血管、静脉窦的关系和肿瘤对颅骨的侵蚀情况;术前模拟手术入路与术中所见吻合。结论:3D-CTA为脑膜瘤的外科手术治疗提供更科学更直观的影像资料,增加了手术的安全性,是脑膜瘤术前评估中非常有价值的影像学检测方法。Objective：To discuss the value of three-dimensional computer tomography angiography in preoperative evaluation of meningioma. Methods： 42 cases of preoperatively diagnosed and pathologically confirmed meningiomas underwent the head 3D-CTA examination one week before operation to understand the blood supply of meningioma, the relationship between tumor and major blood vessels and the violation of the tumor on the skull,and to design surgical approach to simulate surgical procedure. Results：Preoperative 3D-CTA examination can clearly show the tumor blood supply,the relationship between the tumor and surrounding great vessels and the sinus and the erosion of the skull;the preoperative simulation of surgical approach,fit perfectly with the operation procedure. Gonclusion：3D-CTA provides a more informative and intuitive scientific imaging data for surgical treatment of meningioma,and increase the safety of surgery. 3D-CTA is a very valuable imaging detection Methods in preoperative evaluation of meningioma.
