摘　　要：从高校实验技术队伍的管理现状入手，浅析了由于现行的管理模式所产生的一些弊端，结合西安交通大学在加强实验技术队伍建设中的实际举措，提出了从身份管理到岗位管理的改革思路，并给出了实施岗位管理的一些具体措施．认真实践，充分发挥了实验技术队伍的作用，提高了教育质量和科研水平。Starting from the lab technician management status in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes somc problems which are resulted from the current management mode. Combining with the actual work of lab technician construction in Xi＇an Jiaotong University, this paper also proposcs to reform the management modc from identity management to position management, and gives out some specific measures.
