摘　　要：创新能力是新世纪人才的核心竞争力。国家大学生创新性实验计划为本科学生提供了创新实践的机会。实验开展过程中，只有坚持学生作为首要主体的新理念，以学生作为项目的主体，指导教师适时适度辅导、引导，方可保证学生在项目实施的各个阶段体验创新、学习创新和理解创新，调动学生主观能动性，培养创新意识和能力、团队精神及自我管理能力，真正发挥创新实验计划的作用。The innovation ability is the core competitive power in the new century. The National Undergraduate Innovative Test Program provides opportunities of innovation and practice for undergraduates. In the test process, the student centered pattern, which means students play a dominant role in the innovative test and tutors give appropriate guidance when in need, should be insisted on. This will help the students understand the meaning of innovation through their own experience, activate students＇ subjective initiative, and strengthen the ability of innovation, team work and self-management.
