摘 要:针对帧中继(frame—relay,FR)比X.25具有更高的性能和更有效的传输率特征,给出了FR的实验方法、设计目的与基本要求,介绍了FR的简单工作原理和IP数据包处理过程,列举了点对点和多点应用例子。学生通过该实验,可弄清楚FR的传输特性、FR虚电路、数据链路标识码等通信概念,理解FR工作原理,学会用FR构造Intranet。Compared to X. 25, the Frame Relay (FR) features higher performance and more efficient transmis sion rate. This paper gives an experiment approach to use FR as well as its design goals and basic requirements. This experiment concerns FR's fundamentals and how it processes data packages. This experiment also includes examples of its application in point-to-point and multi points communication. Through the FR experiment, the students can make the communication concepts of the transformation characteristics of FR, the virtual circuits, the cognition code of data chain clear, understand the work principle of FR, and master how to construct Intranet by FR.
