摘  要:为了提高二氢猕猴桃内酯的合成产率,考察了以β-紫罗兰酮为原料,过氧乙酸作氧化剂,硅钨酸为催化剂催化合成二氢猕猴桃内酯的反应条件:β-紫罗兰酮用量、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、过氧乙酸的混合时间及用量对目标物产率的影响。结果表明,合成二氢猕猴桃内酯的适宜条件为:β-紫罗兰酮用量10.0g,硅钨酸用量1.5g,过氧乙酸用量30mL,过氧乙酸的混合时间24h,反应温度40℃,反应时间6h。在此条件下,二氢猕猴桃内酯的产率可达53.9%,比文献介绍的合成方法提高了20.4百分点。The factors influencing the synthesis of dihydroactionidiolide from β - ionone, with silicotungstic acid (STA) as a catalyst and peroxyacetic acid as an oxidant, including the proportion of β -ionone to catalyst, reaction time and temperature, mixing time and quantity of peroxyacetic acid were investigated. It indicated that the optimum synthetic conditions were : 10.0 g β - ionone in 30 mL peroxyacetic acid ( mixed for 24 hours) reacted in the presence of 1.5 g STA at 40 ℃ for 6 hours, under which the yield of dihydroactinidiolide was 53.9 %, which was 20.4 percentage points higher than the synthetic process reported in literatures.
