握力训练对高年资护士静脉穿刺结果的影响

摘　　要：目的：通过观察握力训练对高年资护士静脉穿刺成功率、患者对工作效率及疼痛的反应，了解体能训练对延长护士职业生涯的作用。方法：30例（35～44岁）临床护士和100例自愿患者进行握力训练，包括手腕、手指、臂及肩部，训练前后进行握力测试、静脉穿刺成功率、操作时间及100例患者对穿刺疼痛反应的测评。结果：与训练前比较，训练6个月后，30例护士握力及静脉穿刺成功率均明显提高，操作时间明显缩短（均P〈0．05）；100例患者的Mclzack简氏疼痛量表评分明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论：握力训练使手的灵活性、操作速度及工作效率提高；建议高年资护士进行体能训练以利于延长职业生涯，提高护理质量。Objective：To explore the effect of grip training on success rate, ache and work efficiency of venipuncture. Methods：Sixty temporary nurses were randomly selected to carry through grip training, and their grip was tested before and after training. At the same time, the success rate of venipuncture, ache and operative time were observed. Resuits：There was significant difference in success rate, ache and work efficiency of venipuncture before and after grip training （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Grip training could elevate the flexibility of hand and operation speed, which can elevate the success rate, alleviate ache and increase work efficiency.
