摘　　要：目的 通过回顾性研究，调查部队官兵智齿引发疾病的情况。方法对1996年1月-2006年12月在非野战条件下到我院门诊就诊的因智齿引发相关疾病的部队官兵进行调查，并对部队官兵是否应该智齿预防性拔除进行评价。结果部队官兵的主要年龄段正是智齿萌出的时期。因智齿并发急、慢性冠周炎就诊及拔牙者最多。结论应对部队官兵建立合理的口腔普查机制，对不正常及有隐患的智齿尽早进行预防性或治疗性拔除。Objective To investigate the incidence of cranter and cranter-induced diseases among army officers and soldiers through a retrospective study. Methods From January 1996 to December 2006, we investigated visiting army officers and soldiers with cranter-induced diseases under non-fieid conditions in our outpatient department. An evaluation was performed to determine whether they should undergo preventive extraction of cranter. Results The main age grades of army officers and soldiers were exactly the period during which the cranter erupted. The most army officers and soldiers visited and received tooth extraction due to cranter complicated with acute and chronic pericoronitis. Conclusion A rational mechanism of oral census should be established for army officers and soldiers. Moreover,preventive or therapeutic removal of abnormal cranters and those with hidden danger should be done as soon as possible,
