高校学生干部参与学生工作危机处理探析

摘　　要：由于群体特性以及其产生、工作过程的特殊性,学生干部的参与过程受高校学生管理部门和学生群众的双层制约,导致危机中学生干部不应充当校方或学生群众任何一方的代表,而只适合扮演一个双方信息沟通的桥梁作用的沟通者角色。As a result of the group properties and the special features of their working process, participation of student cadres in crisis management is conditioned by both the college management and the students. Naturally, they cannot represent either party. The only role they can play is to help the two communicate.
