摘　　要：目的分析不典型肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(RAML)的声像图特点,提高超声诊断RAML的准确性。方法对7例术前超声未明确诊断,而术后病理证实为RAML的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果7例误诊病例中,2例误诊为腹腔包块,4例误诊为肾癌,1例提示囊性占位。结论肿瘤脂肪含量少、破裂出血、瘤体巨大且外生性生长使超声图像不典型以及诊断医师经验不足导致误诊。Objective To analyze ultrasonic images of atypical renal angiomyolipoma（RAML）so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography.Methods The ultrasonic images were retrospectively analyzed in 7 cases of RAML confirmed by surgery and pathology but misdiagnosed preoperatively by ultrasonography.Results Seven cases were misdiagnosed preoperatively by ultrasonography,which were misdiagnosed as 2 abdomal masses,4 renal cancers and 1 cystic lesion respectively.Conclusion Atypical ultrasonic images caused by low fat content within the tumor,rupture and hemorrhage,large tumor volume and exogenous growth and diagnostic physician inexperienced lead to a misdiagnosis.
