摘 要:目的:利用图像学方法评估下颌骨延长器植入手术后延长的真实效果和理论上分析的差距,以了解其原因,并指导今后手术的术前设计。方法:选择因半侧颜面短小的患者共5例,将其真实两颏结节中间点(即正常下颌骨下缘中点)的运动轨迹和截骨线所成角度的数值和真实延长器与截骨线角度做对比。结果:发现颏点移动线路延长器方向一致性较高,最大误差7度,结果可靠。结论:在使用直线延长器进行下颌骨延长时,术前利用已有的图像学软件进行手术模拟,可以更好的控制治疗结果。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the difference between actual effect and theoretical analysis after DO (distraction osteogenesis) using image process, to find out the cause for directing the preoperative design in the future. Methods Six cases of hemifacial microsomia (HFM) were observed to compare the angle formed by the osteotomy line and the trajectory of middle point of two mental tubercles (i.e., the middle point of inferior mandibular border) A with that by the osteotomy line and the actual distractor B. Results It is found out that the two angles maximum deviation should be less than 7℃.The moving direction of each point on the healthy side after the implantation of distractor had a high consistency with the direction of distractor. Conclusion The preoperative design by using computer 3D images simulation software can help surgeons better control of treatment results.
