Beyond牙齿冷光美白仪治疗124例患者临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析与评价Beyond冷光美白仪在牙齿美白中的疗效。方法:应用Beyond牙齿冷光美白仪治疗124例患者,美白效果用Vita比色板进行前后比较。结果:Beyond冷光美白仪治疗后牙齿的美白效果明显。先天性黄牙治疗后接近正常,轻中度四环素牙和氟斑牙治疗后美白效果显著,可提高7个色阶以上,重度四环素牙和氟斑牙需经过充分的牙面准备、去氟处理和再次治疗,可提高5个色阶左右。单组分凝胶状美白剂效果更好。结论:Beyond冷光美白仪是目前治疗变色牙特别简捷、安全和有效的方法之一。Objective To analysis and evaluate the effects of discoloration of teeth treatment by use of Beyond cold light whitening kit, Methods 124 cases were treated with Beyond cold light whitening kit and whitening dosage.The whitening effects were observed and recorded by VITA shade matching before and after treatments. Results It was wonderful after treatments.The physiological stained teeth were normal.Slight and moderate tetracycline and fluorosis stained teeth were significantly effective. Severe tetracycline and fiuorosis stained teeth were more effective by way of complete teeth preready, de-fluorine and twice or more rewhitening treatments. Conclusion Beyond cold light whitening kit is a rather simple,safe and effective method on discoloration of teeth today.
