2型糖尿病患者生存质量及其影响因素的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者生存质量的相关因素,为T2DM的预防和治疗提供参考。方法对180例病程≥10年的T2DM患者的生存质量进行问卷调查,采用中国糖尿病患者生存质量量表(SF-36)对T2DM患者生存质量进行评价,并采用多元Logistic回归分析影响因素。结果单因素分析显示性别、年龄、家庭所在地、BMI、婚姻状况、并发症和病程与T2DM患者生存质量有关。回归分析显示并发症数量、病程、年龄是影响T2DM患者生存质量的关键因素。结论并发症数量、病程、年龄是影响T2DM患者生存质量的关键因素,对这些因素加以重点评估和合理控制,可以提高T2DM患者的生存质量。Objective To study the influencing factors of quality of life （QOL） of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes, and provide evidence for increasing their QOL. Methods 180 cases of T2DM patients of more than 10-year duration were given questionnaire survey, the QOL of patients was evaluated by SF-36 and the influencing factors were analyzed by multiple regression logistic analysis. Results The single-factor analysis showed that the sex, age, family location, BMI, marital status, complications and pathogenesis had certain degree of contact with the QOL of patients. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the number of complications, duration and age were important factors of affect the QOL in patients with T2 DM. Conclusion The number of complications, duration and age are the important factors of affect the QOL in patients with T2 DM, assessment and control these factors can improve the QOL in patients with T2DM.
