长效控释肥对惠明白茶扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：研究长效控释肥对惠明白茶扦插生根的影响,并对其促进生根的机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,在扦插基质内添加一定量的长效控释肥,持续、均衡为插穗补充营养,能显著(P<0.01)提高了插穗生根率,增加了生根数、根长、促进插穗萌芽,缩短生根时间。基质中添加长效控释肥能影响惠明白茶插穗扦插生根过程叶绿素、可溶性糖、总氮、核酸等生化成分含量的变化,其中叶绿素、可溶性糖、核酸对惠明白茶扦插生根有明显的促进作用;全氮含量对生根影响不大。其中以长效控释肥占基质体积比的2.5%～4.5%处理的生根效果最好,生根率、生根数、根长分别比对照增加了122.08%、65.75%和23.63%,生根时间比对照缩短了14d。The influence of controlled-release feritilizers on the softwood cutting of Huiming Baicha was studied during rooting,while the mechanism of their effects on rooting was discussed. The results showed that the rooting percentage and number of roots significantly increased （P〈 0. 01） , Significantly shorten the time to take root and to promote budding cuttings. Controlled- release feritilizers was able to affect favor biochemistry component content such as chlorophyll, soluble sugar, general nitrogen, nutrition substancs during rooting of the cuttings of Huiming Baicha in base material. Total nitrogen seemed to have little relation with rooting of the cuttings. It was showed that controlled-release feritilizers was the best.
