摘  要:创新实践教学方法,已成为行政管理专业建设的重要课题。创新行政管理专业实践教学方法,首先应树立三大意识,即学生主体意识、教学效益意识和整体优化意识;其次,要以加强和改进案例教学法作为创新实践教学方法的突破口,以探索建立"师师互助"长效机制、大力提倡情景模拟教学法、积极引导开展社会调查作为创新实践教学方法的重要支撑,以此构建"四位一体"的实践教学新方法。Innovating the method of practice teaching has become a great subject of the construction of the college major "administrative management". In order to innovate the method of practice teaching for this major, the students should establish their subject consciousness, teaching benefit consciousness and global optimization consciousness. In addition, the ease teaching methodology should be strengthened and improved, a long-efficiency mechanism about "mutual help among teachers" should be explored and set up, the scene simulation teaching method should be advocated and social investigation should be actively guided as an important support of the innovation of practice teaching method. In this way, a new "four-in-one" practice teaching model may be constructed.
