摘　　要：中华民族的发展离不开教育,尤其是高等教育,高校是培养高素质人才的摇篮,在高校中,班级作为大学生组织的基本单元,是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的重要组织平台。将科学发展观的重要理论应用于和谐班级建设,可以进一步促进我国培养高素质人才。The development of the Chinese nation can＇t be separated from education, especially higher education. Colleges and universities are the cradle of training high-quality personnel. As the basic units of students in colleges and universities, classes are an important organizational platform for college students＇ self-education, self-management and self-service. Applying the important theory of scientific outlook on development to the construction of harmonious classes will further promote the training of high-quality personnel in our country. Based on the personal experience as the class Party branch secretary, the author discusses scientific outlook on development and the building of harmonious classes in this paper.
