摘 要:卡箍在飞机上的应用较为广泛,卡箍的质量问题也会影响飞行的安全。新型铝合金柔性导管连接卡箍结构简单,质量轻,便于加工、安装、维护,能防止漏油、漏气等,可有效解决现在军用飞机上卡箍结构复杂、质量重、安装不方便、使用和维护不方便、易漏油、漏气,以及不能双向补偿导管安装时的角度偏差和径向位移的问题,能进一步满足军机的使用需求。本文分析了目前导管连接卡箍存在的问题,并在研究新型铝合金柔性导管连接卡箍结构、材料、性能等特点的基础上,提出了鉴定试验项目。Clamps are widely used in aircraft. Poor-quality clamps would influence even safety of flight. New types of coupling clamps for aluminum alloy flexible pipes possess structure briefness, light weight, convenient for machining, installation, maintenance and to avoid leak fuel, leak gases etc. It is effective to solve the clamps structure complexity, heavy weight, discommodious installation, use and maintenance, easy leak fuel and gases, and no compensation angle deviation and radial displacement of pipes installation in the current fighter. It can meet the need of requirement for airplane still further. It is analyzed in the paper for coupling clamps of pipes existent question at present, based on research structure, material, performance characteristic for new types of coupling clamps for aluminum alloy flexible pipes, items of appraisal test are put forward.
