内镜下注射联合微波治疗消化性溃疡出血临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下注射联合微波治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效。方法所有病例随机分成两组,注射组(50例)和联合治疗组(48例),注射组:内镜下病灶注射肾上腺素液;联合治疗组:先在内镜下病灶注射肾上腺素液,再用微波进行凝固治疗,直至出血完全停止。结果联合治疗组48h内止血率达100%,注射组48h内有8例发生再出血,止血率84%,而再行联合治疗后止血成功。联合治疗组止血明显高于单纯注射组(P<0.01)。结论内镜下注射联合微波治疗消化性溃疡出血疗效好、安全可靠。Objective Study the Curative effectiveness of injection plus microwave in the treatment of peptic ulcer under gastroendoscopy.Methods All patients were divided into injection group（50 case）and treatment group（48 case）,injection group receiving injection under gastroendoscopy;treation group receiving injection plus microwave.Results The rate of stop bleeding was 100%in 48 hours in treatment group;the rate of stop bleeding was 84%in 48 hours in injection group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Gastroendoscopy injection plus microwave is a useful and effective approach in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
