摘 要:为了筛选提取欧李果皮中单宁的最佳工艺参数,试验以成熟欧李的果皮为试材,以乙醇、丙酮为提取剂,选定浸提时间、溶剂浓度、料液比、浸提温度为考察的4个因素,通过L25(56)正交试验设计研究了提取欧李果皮中单宁的最佳条件。结果表明,溶剂法提取欧李果皮中单宁的最佳工艺参数为丙酮浓度70%,提取温度50℃,提取时间0.5 h,料液比1∶125。按此最佳工艺参数,单宁提取量达43.79 g/kg FW。In order to select the best technology parameter for extracting tannic acid from ripe Cerasus humilis fruit coat, the paper studied the extracting conditions using the L25 (5^6) orthogonal experiment design with factors: the ratio of solid to liquid, the concentration of solvent, the extracting time and the extracting temperature. The results showed that the best technology parameters for extracting tannic acid from ripe Cerasus humilis fruit coat were as follows, acetone solution was 70%, the extracting time was 0.5 h, the extracting temperature was 50 ℃ and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1 : 125. The extraction yield was 43.79 g/kg FW using the best technology parameter.
