摘  要:利用GC-MS联用仪和计算机信息检索法对健康云南松、遭受云南切梢小蠹危害云南松树干的韧皮部及云南切梢小蠹后肠的挥发性物质进行了分析比较。分析结果表明:健康云南松树干和受蠹害树干韧皮部的挥发性物质在组成和含量上存在明显差异。与健康树干相比较,受蠹害树干韧皮部的挥发性物质中的α-蒎烯的含量大大减少,而月桂烯和3-蒈烯的相对含量增加;此外,蠹害木树干韧皮部挥发性物质中还检测出异松油烯、4-烯丙基苯甲醚存在。从云南切梢小蠹雌、雄虫的后肠挥发性物质中,都检测出马鞭草烯醇、桃金娘烯醛、桃金娘烯醇存在;而马鞭草烯酮只存在雄虫的后肠挥发性物质中。根据分析结果,对云南松和云南切梢小蠹互作的机制进行了初步探讨。We analyzed the volatile chemicals from the phloem of healthy and barkbeetle-attacked pine (Pinus yunnanensis) and the inclusion of hindguts of Tomicus yunnanensis with a GC-MS instrument and computer information retrieval. It showed that there was significant difference in chemical components in the two types of phloem, compared to that of the healthy trees, α -pinene content remarkably reduced in barkbeetle-attacked phloem, while myrcene and 3-carene content significantly increased; Moreover, we detected terpinolene and 4 - allylanisole from attacked trees which were absent fro,n healthy ones. Verbenol, myrtenal and myrtenol were detected from hindguts of both male and female adults, while verbenone and an unknown compound were only from the female adults. These results may provide useful clue for the understanding of mutual relationship of the pine and the bark beetle.
