摘  要:光学系统波像差是表征光学系统成像质量的重要指标之一。基于信息光学基础理论,采用傅里叶变换和迭代算法计算分析了光学成像系统的星点图像(光强点扩散函数,PSF),实现了对光学成像系统位相的复原,获得了波像差信息。论述了有关的理论依据和分析公式,并研制了位相复原分析计算软件。通过计算机仿真与误差分析论证了研制的位相复原计算方法的正确性,复原误差<5%。通过实际采集的光学系统星点图像的位相复原实验,验证了位相复原分析软件的适用性。此方法为光学成像系统波相差的评估工作提供了新途径。The wave front of an optical system is one of important parameters for evaluating imaging quality. On the basis of the fundamental theory of information optics, the Fourier transform and an iterative approach are used to calculate and analyze the point image of an optical imaging system(the Point Spread Function(PSF) of light intensity),to retrieve the phase of imaging system and then to obtain the wave font of the optical system. The related theory is discussed and a computing software for analysis of the phase retrieval is established. The validity of computing software is proved by the computer simulation and error analysis,in which the phase retrieval error is estimated to be less than 5%. A phase retrieval experiment for anactual acquired point image is undertaken, and obtained resuits verify that proposed computing software is efficacious. It is concluded that the proposed method is suitable to the retrieval of wave front of optical systems.
