摘　　要：建立我国中小企业外部生存环境评价体系,采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定各层次指标的权重,通过灰色区间数对FAHP存在的缺陷进行了修正。利用对我国十省市的12000余份问卷调研取得的数据对相关地区的外部环境状况进行了定量研究,给出了我国不同区域和城市的中小企业外部环境得分排名,这对进一步深入研究我国企业外部生存环境具有重要意义。Based on more than 12,000 survey questionnaires of ten provincial cities of China, this paper establishes the evaluation model of external survivable environment of SMEs （small and medium-sized enterprises） of China; simultaneously, determines the weighting of each hierarchy by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （FAHP）, and amends the deficiencies existing in FAHP by Gray interval number. This paper also makes a further quantitative study on the external environment of relevant regions through survey data, and provids the score ranking of SMEs＇ external environment of different regions and cities, which is of great significance to the further in-depth research on the enterprise external survivable environment in China.
