摘 要:为了获得具备良好性能的UV柔印油墨,在颜料含量不变的前提下,采用不同种类的预聚物及颜基比,制备UV柔印品红油墨色浆,并改变预聚物、单体的种类,将色浆调稀配制油墨,考察预聚物、单体对UV柔印油墨性能的影响。结果表明,预聚物对颜料的润湿性和颜基比对油墨的分散性有着重要影响;且预聚物、单体的结构和官能度影响了油墨的黏度、固化速度和印刷质量;采用复合预聚物和单体配制的油墨具有良好的综合性能和印刷质量。In order to obtain UV flexo ink with good performance, on the premise of the unchanged pigment content, primary UV flexo magenta ink samples are prepared with different oligomers and pigment/binder ratios. By changing the kind of oligomer and monomer, primary inks are diluted for inspecting the impact of oligomer and monomer on the performance of UV flexo ink. The results show that the oligomer and the pigment/ binder ratio have a significant effect on the wetting and dispersion of pigment; structure and functionality of oligomer and monomer affect the ink viscosity, curing speed and print quality; ink with good overall performance and print quality can be made by using composite oligomers and monomers.
