摘　　要：人文精神是高校乃至整个民族生存和发展的灵魂,思想政治理论课是培育大学生人文精神的重要载体。树立以人为本的理念,提高理论课教师把握载体的能力,增强师生之间平等有效的互动是创新思想政治理论课载体模式,培育人文精神的关键和重要途径。Humanism is the spirit of survival and development of a university and even the whole nation. Politics ideology and theory course is a most essential cartier to cultivate the students＇ humanism. In order to achieve that aim, we need be peopleoriented, improve the teachers＇ abilities to hold the carrier and strengthen the equal and effective interactions between teachers and students.
