氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合果胶铋和莫沙必利治疗慢性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合果胶铋和莫沙必利治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将90例慢性胃炎的患者随机分为2组:治疗组(n=50)和对照组(n=40)。治疗前所有患者予Zung自评抑郁量表(SDS)、自评焦虑量表(SAS)评分,治疗组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛、果胶铋和莫沙必利治疗,对照组采用果胶铋和莫沙必利治疗。疗效应用症状积分来评价。结果治疗组4周末症状改善高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),慢性胃炎患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的发生率为38%,其中治疗组18例,对照组16例。治疗组中非焦虑抑郁患者症状改善与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组中焦虑抑郁患者症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合果胶铋和莫沙必利治疗慢性胃炎优于果胶铋和莫沙必利,氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合常规治疗对伴有抑郁或焦虑的慢性胃炎患者有较佳的疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of flupenthixol and melitracen combined with colloidal bismuth pectin and mosapride in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods 90 patients with chronic gastritis were randomized into the treatment group（n=50） and the control group（n=40）.All the patients with chronic gastritis were evaluated with Zung′s self-rating depression scale（SDS） and Zung′s self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） prior to treatment.The former group was administered with flupenthixol and melitracen,colloidal bismuth pectin and mosapride,while the latter group was treated with colloidal bismuth pectin and mosapride.The efficacy was assessed by symptoms and scores.Results The improvement in symptoms of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.There were significant differences in the parameters between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The prevalence of depression and anxiety in patients with chronic gastritis was 38%,among which 18 cases were from the treatment group and 16 cases from the control group.There was no significant difference between the patients with no depression or anxiety and the control group（P〉0.05）,while the difference was significant between the patient with depression or anxiety and the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The medication with flupenthixol and melitracen combined with colloidal bismuth pectin and mosapride is more effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis than that with colloidal bismuth pectin and mosapride.The normal treatment combined flupenthixol and melitracen has good effect in patients with chronic gastritis accompanied with depression or anxiety.
