摘　　要：[目的]优选普乐士泰胶囊中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺。[方法]包合采用饱和溶液法,用正交设计试验优选最佳工艺条件。[结果]最佳工艺条件为:β-环糊精与油比例为10∶1,包合温度为50℃,包合时间为1.5 h。[结论]此工艺可用于大批量生产。[ Objective]To optimize the β-cyclodextrin Inclusion technique for Puleshitai capsule volatile oil by orthogonal test. [Methods]The basic method of β-cyclodextrin enclosed technology was saturated solution. The optimum preparing condition was investigated by orthogonal test. [ Results]The proportion of β-cyclodextrin and volatile oil was 10：1, the temperature for enclosing process was 50 ℃ and the time was 1.5 h. [ Conclusions]This preparation technology can be used for volume production.
