摘　　要：流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起的呼吸道疾病,传染性很强、对人类健康构成实质性的威胁.由于流感病毒多变,临床上用于治疗流感的药物到目前为止仅有"达菲"等有限的几种.本文将文献中已有报道的"达菲"的合成路线汇总并进行简要的综述.Influenza is a highly infectious respiratory disease caused by virus, which in recent years has gradually become a substantial threat to the health of mankind. Because of the highly variable nature of the flu virus, chemotherapy of influenza has been very difficult. Up to now only a few drugs are available in the clinic treatment of influenza. In this review, synthetic routes to one of them, tamiflu, are surveyed.
